Puppy News

WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY BREEDING EITHER LOWCHEN OR DALMATIANS.

Please email us on [email protected] for more information.

Our aim is to produce strong, healthy pups with typical Löwchen temperaments, free from inherited disease.  While we endeavour to produce Lowchen of correct size (maximum 13" at shoulder), we believe that a sound, healthy dog should be every breeder's aim and should not be compromised.  To this end, we regularly have our breeding stock tested for PRA by registered specialists in Veterinary Opthamology under the AVA-ANKC Australian Canine Eye Scheme and our pups checked out thoroughly before going to their new homes.

Puppies are sometimes available to approved homes.  Our pups are lovingly raised in our home with care and attention paid to diet and exercise.  At Rondaglen, we feed a varied diet based on raw meat and natural food.  We ensure that our pups are socialized at an early age to encourage the outgoing, loving temperament expected of the breed.  We welcome enquiries from both prospective Show and Pet homes.

Our pups are vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and vet checked and come with a Pet Pack and guaranteed support and care for the life of the puppy. We offer free grooming at 4 months of age in order to advise new owners in their puppy's care.

 Free Books on Puppy Training

We encourage everyone who is thinking of getting a puppy, or who's recently acquired one to download and read Dr Ian Dunbar's two free books, BEFORE and AFTER You Get Your Puppy

These books are essential reading for all owners of dogs under 12 months of age and will show you how to prevent problems like house-soiling and destructive chewing and how to raise a dog that is quiet, calm and well mannered as well as obedient and confident around people.
